We've let the market know that Yandal's Annual General Meeting is planned for 24 November 2026, as required under ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1. This is a formal notice of the date, not the full agenda.

If you'd like to stand for election as a Director at the AGM, nominations close on Monday, 5 October 2026.

A separate Notice of Meeting will follow in due course, setting out the full agenda and resolutions. We'll post it on our website and lodge it with the ASX when it's ready.

In the meantime, our focus stays on the ground at Ironstone Well-Barwidgee and Mt McClure, where we're advancing the Arrakis and Siona discoveries alongside our existing gold resources in the Yandal Greenstone Belt.
